This is a special image/scan report for photos and images that have been uploaded to the system. These images help with documentation and item status. Images, photos, and scans may be uploaded for any of the 12 main player groups. The main player groups are for things like: deposits, invoices, POs, expense/receipts, balance sheet items, stock/units, customers, vendor/payees, employees, parts, elements of time and quotes.

The report is divided into two main parts. The top is the search form, and the bottom is the search results. Use the form at the top to help filter the results. If the search form is hidden, use the show/hide search criteria button to open up the search form. Once the results are displayed, click on the images to view the full gallery. There are also a number of other drill-down links that will help move you to the correct page for viewing additional details.

Each section will check for different user permissions before showing the content requested. That helps use a single page but makes it dynamic based on users and their permissions.
