[Classic Quick Search Options, Prompts, and Keywords]
This section covers the AI Quick Search options, prompts, and special keywords:
The AI quick search is a simple natural language search field that allows you to put in normal text, options, prompts, and keywords to navigate the adilas system. In order to use most of these prompts or keywords, a user must be logged into the main adilas system and have a valid login session going. Once logged in, these prompts will take a user to a special page, do a certain action, and/or look-up some data. Below is a list of possible options and prompts.
Main Categories:
AI Quick Search
Use these AI options or prompts to move anywhere in the system and to do certain tasks. Simply type, enter, copy/paste, or say the prompts into the search field. Depending on how you are interacting with the AI quick search, you may have to submit the form for processing.

If you used expense/receipt new, it will go to a vendor search. The same is true for the purchase order new prompt (it goes to a vendor search). If you already know the vendor, cut to the chase and go directly to that vendor and start the new PO or new E/R from there.
